Streamlining & Chapters' hiatus

Streamlining & Chapters' hiatus

Hello, alien lovers!

This week was the first week of grad school! It was busy, since I'm still working full-time and co-coordinating our little DTES co-op. So, surprise, surprise, I didn't have time to edit the next few chapters...

I anticipated that September and the rest of the fall would be busy, so I decided to streamline some of my (too many) creative projects. Right now, the focus is to finish Perilous Love Stars, for which I have a lot of new ideas. (Duo-narrators for the audiobook???)

Next on the writing/publishing schedule is a Christmas novella I've been working on since last year. Perilous will probably not be released in January as planned, because I want more time to craft it into the exact book I have in my mind. The Christmas novella will debut a few months after Perilous, probably in May.

I'm still planning to launch the publishing company on January 24th, and I hope it will include one of the two other projects I have been working on. One is a graphic novel that I'm co-creating with my fabulous husband. The other is a non-fiction idea I've been wrestling with since January. I still can't decide, so TBD.

That's it for now, chat next week!

Saw this rad sticker during one of my recent summer bike rides. Some folks in East Van are organizing against for-profit evictions.

Chapters' hiatus for now!

No chapters this week and next while I get my shit together, organize my schedule, and lean hardcore into radical self-care and yoga.

Chat soon!
